M-PRINT Lab 370

3D-Printer

THE BEST IN ITS CLASS

The M-PRINT 3D printers are characterised by patented components and processes that meet the highest quality standards. Depending on demand and production requirements, you can choose between one or three building platforms.

  • First-Class printing results
Patented tray system reduces retaining forces when removing the individual layers to a minimum. Misprints are significantly reduced.

  • Optimised printing speed
Patented VDFS (Vat Deflection Feedback System) accelerates the printing process thanks to a sensor and allows a significantly increased printing speed.

  • Highest precision
The larger series of M-PRINT 3D printers enable distortion-free, consistently high printing accuracy and resolution over the entire printing area thanks to the patented Moving-DLP-Technology.

  • Maximum flexibility
The M-PRINT 3D printers support common slicing and nesting software packages. Print jobs are transmitted directly via the network or USB interface.

Applications

The M-PRINT 3D printers use the DLP (Digital Light Processing) process, which is based on the principle of stereolithography. In the DLP process, the 3D object is made from a photopolymer bath in a translucent tray by exposure from below, using a UV light projector.

The DLP process impresses with its high production speed, high level of accuracy and the fine surface finish of the printed objects.

The M-PRINT 3D printers are therefore ideally suited for use in areas in which highest precision is required for small parts with complex geometries, such as medical devices, jewelry or the production of prototypes.
