BDLoad® is a milling blank in which the rows of teeth are already integrated in a functional, aesthetic setup. The integrated setup concept of the teeth rows follows the lingualised occlusion and is characterised by a harmonious position of the anterior and posterior teeth in an eugnathic bite position and an optimal tooth-to-tooth relationship.

Both the BDLoad® and the teeth are made of highly cross-linked PMMA. The material properties in terms of volume stability, material stresses and reduced residual monomer content < 1% are significantly improved compared to conventionally fabricated dentures thanks to the controlled polymerisation during the industrial production of the BDLoad® and the additional tempering process.

In order to adapt to individual patient needs, the BDLoad® is available in different sizes, jaw widths and setups.
